EMG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLPB, DOLPP1, and KIR3DL1. Each is linked with EMG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMG1-to-partner and partner-to-EMG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLPB grouped by EMG1-low versus EMG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
