EME2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EME2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EME2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Monocytes and CD8+ T-cells. Each is linked with EME2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EME2-to-partner and partner-to-EME2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EME2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EME2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
