EMCN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMCN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,543 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMCN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASIP1, GUCY1B1, and KANK3. Each is linked with EMCN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMCN-to-partner and partner-to-EMCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EMCN versus RASIP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
