EMC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,298 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4710, KRTAP25-1, and MIR1185-1. Each is linked with EMC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMC7-to-partner and partner-to-EMC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4710 grouped by EMC7-low versus EMC7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
