EMC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6515, IGHV4-4, and PMS2P6. Each is linked with EMC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMC4-to-partner and partner-to-EMC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6515 grouped by EMC4-low versus EMC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
