EMC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,416 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDCD1, OTUD6B, and PTK2. Each is linked with EMC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMC2-to-partner and partner-to-EMC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EMC2 versus NUDCD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
