Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,962 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF25, JAK1, and PSMD7. Each is linked with EMC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMC2-to-partner and partner-to-EMC2 results are reported.
