EMB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,776 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMB-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSM10, FAF1, and COPS8P2. Each is linked with EMB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMB-to-partner and partner-to-EMB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LSM10 grouped by EMB-low versus EMB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMB→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
