Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELSPBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 268 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ELSPBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX18P4, RNA5SP436, and EIF4A1P3. Each is linked with ELSPBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELSPBP1-to-partner and partner-to-ELSPBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNX18P4 grouped by ELSPBP1-low versus ELSPBP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELSPBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELSPBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
