ELP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 168 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-64P, BOD1P2, and RNU4-58P. Each is linked with ELP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELP6-to-partner and partner-to-ELP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-64P grouped by ELP6-low versus ELP6-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
