Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,257 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ELP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAG7, RPA1, and YWHAE. Each is linked with ELP5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELP5-to-partner and partner-to-ELP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELP5 versus SPAG7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
