Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,901 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ELP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFSD9, POLR2D, and NR5A2. Each is linked with ELP5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELP5-to-partner and partner-to-ELP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELP5 versus MFSD9 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
