Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa_pS1943, p62 Lck ligand, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with ELP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELP5-to-partner and partner-to-ELP5 results are reported.
