ELP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF10, PRAMEF17, and PRAMEF15. Each is linked with ELP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELP2-to-partner and partner-to-ELP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF10 grouped by ELP2-low versus ELP2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
