ELOVL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOVL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,414 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOVL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2A, TRIM29, and TBC1D2B. Each is linked with ELOVL5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOVL5-to-partner and partner-to-ELOVL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELOVL5 versus TOP2A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOVL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOVL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
