ELOCP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOCP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 259 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOCP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIOBP, PAX4, and ZBTB11. Each is linked with ELOCP5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOCP5-to-partner and partner-to-ELOCP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIOBP grouped by ELOCP5-low versus ELOCP5-high in LUSC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOCP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOCP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
