ELOCP36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOCP36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 108 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOCP36-associated genes across cancer lineages are COG5, TRIB2, and TFRC. Each is linked with ELOCP36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOCP36-to-partner and partner-to-ELOCP36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOCP36→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOCP36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
