Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ELOCP36 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ELOCP36 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher ELOCP36 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ELOCP36 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

MESO are the cancer types where ELOCP36 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
