Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOCP35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 531 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ELOCP35-associated genes across cancer lineages are INTS2, PLCG1, and TRIM74. Each is linked with ELOCP35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOCP35-to-partner and partner-to-ELOCP35 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INTS2 grouped by ELOCP35-low versus ELOCP35-high in STAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOCP35→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOCP35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
