Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ELOCP35 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ELOCP35 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher ELOCP35 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ELOCP35 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA are the cancer types where ELOCP35 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
