ELOCP34

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOCP34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOCP34-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-30P, RNA5-8SN3, and MIR6737. Each is linked with ELOCP34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOCP34-to-partner and partner-to-ELOCP34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELOCP34 versus RNU1-30P in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOCP34→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOCP34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
