Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ELOCP34 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ELOCP34 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ELOCP34 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ELOCP34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and LAML are the cancer types where ELOCP34 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
