ELOBP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,527 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOBP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARD3, RNF20, and PARD3_S873. Each is linked with ELOBP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOBP4-to-partner and partner-to-ELOBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELOBP4 versus PARD3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
