Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ELOBP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ELOBP4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ELOBP4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ELOBP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and LAML show a favorable association.
LIHC, LUSC, and KIRP are the cancer types where ELOBP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
