ELOB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOB mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOB-associated genes across cancer lineages are Th2 cells. Each is linked with ELOB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOB-to-partner and partner-to-ELOB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Th2 cells grouped by ELOB-low versus ELOB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
