ELOA3P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOA3P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,426 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOA3P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Regulation of microtubule-based process, and Regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator. Each is linked with ELOA3P in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOA3P-to-partner and partner-to-ELOA3P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process grouped by ELOA3P-low versus ELOA3P-high in COAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOA3P→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOA3P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
