ELOA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELOA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,637 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOA-associated genes across cancer lineages are OOSP4A, TFDP3, and LCE2A. Each is linked with ELOA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOA-to-partner and partner-to-ELOA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OOSP4A grouped by ELOA-low versus ELOA-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
