ELMOD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELMOD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,678 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMOD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCAD1, SCOC, and RAC2. Each is linked with ELMOD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMOD2-to-partner and partner-to-ELMOD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELMOD2 versus SMARCAD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELMOD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELMOD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
