ELMOD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELMOD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,568 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMOD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNHG26, CLCN3, and CBR4. Each is linked with ELMOD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMOD2-to-partner and partner-to-ELMOD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELMOD2 versus SNHG26 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELMOD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELMOD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
