ELMOD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELMOD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,122 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMOD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, COL1A1, and ECM1. Each is linked with ELMOD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMOD1-to-partner and partner-to-ELMOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELMOD1 versus FERMT2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELMOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELMOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
