Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELMOD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,535 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ELMOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEFH, RASD2, and CBX7. Each is linked with ELMOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMOD1-to-partner and partner-to-ELMOD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELMOD1 versus NEFH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELMOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELMOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
