ELMOD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELMOD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,704 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMOD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARPC5L_S64, ARPP21, and ARPP21_S33. Each is linked with ELMOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMOD1-to-partner and partner-to-ELMOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELMOD1 versus ARPC5L_S64 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELMOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELMOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
