Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELMOD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,673 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMOD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA transcription, Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, and Regulation of regulated secretory pathway. Each is linked with ELMOD1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMOD1-to-partner and partner-to-ELMOD1 results are reported.
