Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELMOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53TG3E, MOGAT1, and C10orf53. Each is linked with ELMOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMOD1-to-partner and partner-to-ELMOD1 results are reported.
