ELMO3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELMO3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,185 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMO3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELMO2, CTNND1, and ESRP2. Each is linked with ELMO3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMO3-to-partner and partner-to-ELMO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELMO3 versus ELMO2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELMO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELMO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
