Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELMO3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,167 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8K4P, TSPY5P, and RPL31P54. Each is linked with ELMO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMO3-to-partner and partner-to-ELMO3 results are reported.
