ELMO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELMO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,681 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, SPANXA2, and PIEZO1P1. Each is linked with ELMO2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMO2-to-partner and partner-to-ELMO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by ELMO2-low versus ELMO2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELMO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELMO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
