ELL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ELL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELL2-to-partner and partner-to-ELL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by ELL2-low versus ELL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
