Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,624 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of fatty acid transport, Regulation of intracellular transport, and Response to glucose. Each is linked with ELL2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELL2-to-partner and partner-to-ELL2 results are reported.
