ELL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS45P, TMCO5A, and FSHB. Each is linked with ELL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELL2-to-partner and partner-to-ELL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS45P grouped by ELL2-low versus ELL2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
