ELL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTLL8, TBC1D21, and OR10W1. Each is linked with ELL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELL-to-partner and partner-to-ELL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTLL8 grouped by ELL-low versus ELL-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
