ELK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,147 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FILIP1L, ZYX, and SERPINH1. Each is linked with ELK3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELK3-to-partner and partner-to-ELK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELK3 versus FILIP1L in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
