ELK3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,818 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIPK2B, PECAM1, and MEF2C. Each is linked with ELK3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELK3-to-partner and partner-to-ELK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELK3 versus DIPK2B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
