Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,024 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELK3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell-matrix adhesion, Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, and Wound healing. Each is linked with ELK3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELK3-to-partner and partner-to-ELK3 results are reported.
