ELK2BP

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ELK2BP RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ELK2BP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher ELK2BP RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ELK2BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and BRCA show a favorable association.

LGG, BRCA, and CHOL are the cancer types where ELK2BP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
