ELF5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,618 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELF5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KRT23, ARFGEF3_S1991, and KRT23_S65. Each is linked with ELF5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELF5-to-partner and partner-to-ELF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELF5 versus KRT23 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
