ELF5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELF5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,846 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPM1F, SNU13, and MICALL1. Each is linked with ELF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELF5-to-partner and partner-to-ELF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELF5 versus PPM1F in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
