ELF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM24A, KCNA4, and KRTAP21-2. Each is linked with ELF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELF5-to-partner and partner-to-ELF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM24A grouped by ELF5-low versus ELF5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
