ELF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,037 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELF4_S151, PAIP2B, and PYCARD. Each is linked with ELF4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELF4-to-partner and partner-to-ELF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELF4 versus ELF4_S151 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
