ELF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,848 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL132P, DDX55, and RFC5. Each is linked with ELF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELF4-to-partner and partner-to-ELF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL132P grouped by ELF4-low versus ELF4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
